Arrival Day 0: (Friday afternoon)

6 pm meeting and tour orientation. Now is the chance to see and explore fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada. We do a Las Vegas Strip walking tour than head to Vegas’s Old town to the Fremont Street Exhibit and have dinner as a group at the Historic Bugsy’s Cafe at the El Cortez Hotel and Casino.

Day 1: Colorado River Adventure

Very early start to go either rafting or kayaking on the Colorado River. Option afternoon: Hike around Lake Mead and Hoover Dam on self guided excursion from Hotel. Activities: Smooth water rafting the Black Canyon Colorado River and or Kayak the Colorado River. Hike: 3 miles to Hoover Dam round trip Hotel: Hoover Dam Lodge Total Drive time: 0 hrs / 2 miles Included: breakfast and picnic Lunch

Day 2: Valley of Fire and Zion National Park

The tour continues with a special scenic drive along Lake Mead to the Valley of Fire, Nevada’s first and oldest State Park. Time and weather permitting, we do a soak at Rogers Hot Springs. The tour continues on to Zion National Park with a hike and sightseeing, photo stops in Zion. Hike: 2.5 miles Hotel: (Stay at Holiday Inn Express Springdale) Total Drive time: 4.5 hrs / 190 miles Included: Breakfast and Picnic Lunch

Day 3: Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park

Hike Zion Angels Landing early morning (6:3 am finish breakfast) afterwards tour continues on to Bryce Canyon for small afternoon Hike (Queens Garden Trail) and Sunset photos at Bryce Point. Hike: 3.5 miles Hotel: Bryce Inn Total Drive time: 3.5 hrs / 100 miles Included: Breakfast and Picnic Lunch

Day 4: North Rim Grand Canyon and Page, AZ

Now we travel to Grand Canyon North Rim for picnic lunch and Photo Stops. Good chance to see a wild herd of Bison! Afterwards To Page, AZ (Photo Opportunity at Lake Powell and Glen Canyon Dam Antelope Canyon late? Lake Powell Swim? Visitor Center Movie Dam?.) Hike: Sightseeing walking 3 miles Hotel: Page AZ Total Drive time: 4.5 hrs / 160 miles Included: Breakfast and Picnic Lunch

Day 5: Antelope Canyon and Monument Valley

Early morning short hike to Horseshoe Bend afterwards Antelope Canyon Tour. Excellent photo opportunities. Than we drive through Navajo lands to Monument Valley. Page and Antelope Canyon! To Grand Canyon with stops at (MUST pre-book Antelope Canyon tour at time of reservation) Afterwards, on to Grand Canyon Sunset Photos. Activities: Antelope Canyon Tour and 1.5 hour Jeep Tour Monument Valley Hike: Sightseeing walking 3 miles Hotel: Grand Canyon Total Drive time: 6.5 hrs / 310 miles Included: Breakfast and Picnic Lunch

Day 6: Grand Canyon South Rim

Day starts early with a hike at South Kaibab Trail, afterwards either afternoon Helicopter Tour or exploring Grand Canyon Village, short walk on Bright Angel Trail. If time allows, tour the West Side of Grand Canyon and walk from Hopi Point to Grand Canyon Village. Activities: Helicopter or Horseback Riding of Grand Canyon Hike: 8 miles Hotel: Hoover Dam Lodge Total Drive time: 1.5 hrs / 30 miles Included: Breakfast and Picnic Lunch

Day 7: Route 66 and back to Las Vegas

You have the option for a Helicopter early morning tour. For tours with families, we stop and tour Berzonnia near Williams, AZ Route 66. Otherwise, we stop at the famous Route 66 Seligman, AZ for a sightseeing and coffee break. Tour Over Friday 6 pm! Hotel: Either Fly home evening or Hotel in Vegas, or we book Palace Station or El Cortez? Activities: For families, Bearzonnia in Williams Safari Zoo Hike: Sightseeing walking 1 mile Hotel: Tour over guests book own accommodations Total Drive time: 5.5 hrs / 320 miles Included: Breakfast and Lunch
